I went to lunch today at EVOE which stands for extra virgin olive oil for all of my strictly fashion readers :). EVOE has a frequently changing menu of salads, soups, charcuterie, sandwiches and other delicatessens that are created by chef Kevin Gibson (I managed to get a pic of him). When dining here you are dining in the chefs kitchen where you can easily watch every thing being prepared before it ends up in front of you. EVOE has fresh ingredients and great food, check it out.
